Kettlebell Foundations

This 5 week program entails:

~ Weekly sessions to go over kettlebell skills
~ 10 full body workouts to fine tune the skills we go over
~ Movements covered: Deadlift, Squat, Swing, Turkish Get Up, Row, Military Press, Windmill & Halo
~ Lifelong tools to encourage you to go deeper into the awesome world of kettlebells!
